Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager with an electrical bias and a passion for the renewables sector, particularly in microgrid, large-scale commercial energy systems, and data centre industry. Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project and contract management
Manage project scope, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation across multiple active job sites
Act as the principal liaison between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure technical compliance, H&S adherence, and quality control throughout all project phases
Contribute to tender responses, technical submissions, and commercial proposals
Report directly to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Contribute to upkeeping of accreditations and compliance standards
Essential Criteria
Experience of managing electrically focused projects
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, design principles, and installation practices
Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial contracts from pre-construction through to handover
Excellent client-facing and contractor coordination skills
Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
Desirable Criteria
Background in microgrids, battery energy storage, UPS, EV infrastructure, LV/HV, or renewables
Previous work on large-scale or distributed energy projects
Experience with project management software and reporting tools
Clean Driving License

We're now seeking a skilled and motivated EV Specialist to join our elite crew of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain AC and DC EV chargers
Provide technical support and fault diagnosis for EV systems, including backend/back-office platforms
Liaise with clients and contractors to coordinate multi-trade sites
Report directly to senior management and project leads
Travel across Northern Ireland/Ireland
Participate in a shared paid on-call rota for emergency support
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical field
Experience with electrical installations and fault-finding
Strong understanding of current wiring regulations
Computer literacy for system integration and reporting
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team
Desirable Criteria
2 Years Experience with AC/DC EV charger installation and commissioning
Familiarity with EV charger back-office management systems (e.g., Monta,)
2391 Inspection & Testing certification

We are seeking a detail-focused Compliance & Data Administrator who enjoys structure, accuracy, and maintaining clean, organised business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management
Support the rollout and maintenance of future ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001 and Health & Safety compliance pathways).
Maintain records and documentation to support audits, accreditations, and certifications.
Monitor and update compliance registers (training, risk, supplier, etc.).
Data & Systems Administration
Manage data entry and reporting across SharePoint, Power BI, and internal platforms.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of company records.
Support project teams with document control, versioning and structured filing.
Produce compliance and performance reports for leadership.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to operations and project management.
Support scheduling, internal communications and document preparation tasks.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to collect, validate and organise compliance documentation.
Assist onboarding processes with compliance checks and training record updates.
Essential Criteria
Previous experience in a compliance, administrative or data-focused role.
Strong Microsoft 365 capability (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational discipline.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reliably.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
Exposure to ISO management system development or support.
