Andrew Wilson Wilson Power and Energy

    Andrew Wilson founded Wilson Power and Energy following a successful career with Northern Ireland Electricity starting in 1999. Andrew was responsible for installing and maintaining distribution equipment on the network up to 33kV. Working with NIE has given him a wealth of experience and knowledge on which he has expanded considerably throughout his working life in the sector.

    Since 2009 Andrew has worked in the secure power industry and has been trusted by some of the world’s largest blue-chip companies as well as critical health care facilities across the island of Ireland.

Wilson Power and Energy, Peter Watson

  • Director

    Peter Watson joined Wilson Power and Energy to handle site coordination and commissioning for the company’s projects. Peters’ passion is to bring the finest, most cutting-edge engineering to reality within a customer’s budget and to go above and beyond client’s expectations.

    Peter has worked at a senior level in the electrical industry since 2001 gaining considerable sectoral knowledge and expertise. After completing a successful apprenticeship, he gained his JIB Approved Electrician status. Peter stayed within the Electrical Contracting Industry for the next decade and in this time his dedication and ability, and work across all sectors, saw him progress to an Electrical Project Manager role.

    In 2012 Peter moved his interests into the secure power sector and is well-known at hyper scale level for install and commissioning. Having trained at factory level his working in-depth knowledge, and expertise, brings a cost-effective approach to all applications.

    Expect a personal approach from Peter who will work tirelessly with the team to deliver all projects within the timeframe while continuing to go that extra mile.

    David Graham

    David's transition from being a sub-contractor to a full-time employee at Wilson Power and Energy shows his commitment to professional growth and stability. With his vast (25 years) experience in electrical engineering, he is a valuable asset to the company's engineering team. His long-standing relationship with Andrew and Peter also speaks to his reliability and trustworthiness.

    As David looks forward to furthering his career at Wilsons, his dedication to the company's growth and future aspirations is evident. His ambition to explore more senior-level opportunities within the organisation showcases his drive for personal and professional development.

    Outside of work, David prioritizes spending quality time with his family and indulging in his passion for football. This balance between work and personal life reflects his well-rounded approach to success.

  • Wilson Power and Energy Harry Gamble

    Harry Gamble

    Harry joins Wilson Power & Energy with more than eight years of electrical experience, primarily within commercial and residential projects across Dublin. He has also spent two years as an Electrical Site Manager, leading teams of over twenty electricians and coordinating day-to-day operations on busy sites.

    His background as a retained firefighter reflects his strong safety awareness, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure — qualities that translate directly into his approach to electrical work.

    Harry is highly committed to personal fitness, training four to five times per week, bringing both physical resilience and discipline to every project he works on.

    We’re excited to have Harry as part of the WPE team as we continue to grow our electrical and renewable capabilities.

    Alicia Hanna

    Alicia is the Office Manager at Wilson Power & Energy, bringing a wealth of operational leadership and strategic insight to the role. Originally from Canada, Alicia previously served as Vice President of Operations for a major luxury real estate firm, where she oversaw large-scale business functions and implemented systems that supported company growth and efficiency.

    After relocating to Northern Ireland, Alicia joined Wilson Power & Energy to apply her expertise in a new industry with a future-focused mission. Her experience in fast-paced, business-critical environments has equipped her to lead with clarity, adaptability, and structure—qualities that have already made a noticeable impact within her time on the team.

    Alicia is passionate about building efficient processes, strong internal systems, and collaborative teams that support long-term growth.
