Solar PV Installation: The project features a substantial 600kWp solar photovoltaic system, harnessing solar energy to power Promould’s operations.
Battery Energy Storage System (BESS): Alongside the solar PV, a 1.1MWh battery energy storage system was integrated into the setup. This allows for the storage of excess energy generated during peak sunlight hours, ensuring availability during low production times or peak demand.
Smart Integration: The solar PV and BESS were integrated onto a new switchboard, which includes standby generation capabilities, providing a reliable and efficient power supply for the facility.
